Project - Example Project

This is where you can provide a detailed description of your idea. This can take a variety of forms, including links to examples of similar implementations elsewhere, such as a paper, a conference presentation, You Tube video, or any other information you can give to provide it with context. Ideally, please don't just list a technology, show how it will positively impact on a cross-section of staff and students.

As other people read about your project, they will be able to add information to this page. If necessary, feel free to add more wiki pages linked off this main page if you need to organise a large amount of information.

You might need to login to the wiki using the link on the bottom left - log in with your VUW username and password. Once you're logged in, you can click on the 'edit' link on the right to start editing.

At the bottom of the page you will see there is the ability to add metadata to your project proposal (if you are logged in). This allows everyone to easily find projects with similar ideas, pedagogies and technologies, and also allows projects to be linked to other pages in the hub. There is also the ability to 'like' a project and also to nominate interest in being an active part of the project. As the project sponsor you are automatically added to those groups; other Victoria staff can add themselves as well if they are interested. Gaining the support of other staff is essential to justify the investment by the University in your project.

As well as this wiki page, there is a discussion forum that has been created for this project where you can discuss your ideas with other VUW staff.

If you need help using this wiki, please talk to your local CAD CAT or contact the CAD staff directly, we're all keen to assist.

Feel free to remove everything up to here (including this line) but please don't touch the category below - it helps us find and index all of the project pages easily.
